Actually, the Congressman DOESN"T have the 'right to know' who the guy is. He has the right to ASK, and he had the right to keep on walking without responding, but he has no 'right to know'. We, as Americans do not HAVE TO show our papers, our documents NOR do we HAVE TO tell anyone, except law enforcement who we are. And the Congressman is NOT law enforcement. He was hired to represent us, nothing more and especially not this!
