Thats insane.. Steam is saving us from microsofts bullshit GFWL. What did they expect with the strategy of releasing games to console and a year later for pc. i mean WTF. i love steam because the store shelves are getting smaller due the the old games which were out on console a year already so nobody is buying them.

GFWL = Games for Windows Live.

They basically are shoving the XBox Live service down the PC gamers throats. Prime example: I actually bought the new F1 from Steam (love it) and it still has GFWL built in. eventually their goal is to have a cross platform system.
